A disgrace. The dentist that I dealt with there should be banned from practicing. I went for a simple fill-in of a piece of a filling, which I know to take 15 minutes and cost about $70, even from a dentist in New York City. Instead he spent well over an hour, taking photos unnecessarily and finding many excuses to elongate the simple fix. Even the assistant/hygienist was rolling her eyes and commented on how long such a simple fix took (the other staff of front desk ladies and assistants were very nice and decent.) I am in need of a cleaning very soon! And of course I will be returning to eastern slope dental! The staff is so friendly and my hygienist takes her time and makes my teeth feel amazing every time. Been going for years and they continue to grow as a practice providing their patients with the best care!
I hadn't been to a dentist for over 8 years but I went here after a recommendation from a coworker (and finally having real insurance) and my visit went well. I damn near projectile vomited during the x-rays, but the staff were very nice. They were kind and willing to work with me and try new ways to get x-rays and it was a good experience. They were also able to fit me in really quickly and also for my follow up dental work.
Fantastic safety protocols, caring and gentle hygienist (Kelly) and dental assistant (Caleb), and Dr. Mulandi was wonderful! The practice feels like a close-knit team. They have some cool technology to monitor longitudinal changes in my mouth and provide a good look at what’s going on. My last dentist wanted to do lots of expensive things that didn’t seem entirely necessary, but Dr. Mulandi had a very practical and preventative treatment plan that should be less painful and expensive.
