I had the big basement companies in to deal with a small leak and some foundation cracks. Their solutions seemed like overkill. Then I invited Eastern in for a consultation, and it was a great call. I really appreciate the help moving the appliances and how the guys kept the dust level down by wetting the concrete has they broke throw the floor with the jack hammer! What I appreciated the most was how clean & dust free I found the basement work area and even my driveway where the service dump truck was parked. Eastern Waterproofing came highly recommended by our neighbors. We had a very stressful flooding situation in our large unfinished basement where the outdoor drain got clogged AND the sump pump failed during a recent heavy rain period and no one discovered this until about a week later... Eastern Waterproofing does amazing work! Their team was polite and understanding from start to finish. They explained their process, answered questions and the end result was perfect. We had our basement waterproofed, a sump pump installed, 3 basement windows replaced, a window well installed and some foundation work done. And boy are these guys clean! I rarely give reviews but I had a great experience having Eastern repair a small crack in the basement wall. They did everything right - came on time to give me a detailed estimate, called to set up an appointment when promised, crew came right on time, were very neat and professional and did all the things I was told they would do and they cleaned up such that you would not tell afterwards that anything had been disturbed. Very pleased and would recommend to anyone needing similar work.
