We are very happy with the work done by Eastern Waterproofing in our basement. Geoff was great to work with. Jen was wonderful. They kept us informed, and actually came earlier than scheduled. We haven’t had any water problems since!! The crew arrived and got right to work with no messing around! We would definitely recommend Eastern Waterproofing CT to anyone having basement flooding!! Eastern Waterproofing installed a sump pump and waterproofed my basement in September, 2023. After coming back to make a minor adjustment, our basement has been desert dry ever since. Jon Piela and his men are very professional, do great work and guarantee their work product. I would recommend their services to others.
Eastern waterproofing did fabulous job installing a perimeter drain and sump. They were clear about expectations, communicated and answered questions in a timely manner, and had a friendly team that was attentive to details throughout the construction. I was extremely pleased and highly recommend them.
