Easter seals is trash. There were constant scheduling issues and time changes that happened without any notice. Therapists were frequently switched with no explanation or communication, making it difficult for my child to build any consistency or trust. Management is completely unresponsive to emails and impossible to get in touch with. It's unfortunate to see such a lack of professionalism and organization

We recently returned to Easter Seals for school-based OT services after a four-year break, hoping for a better experience at their new Whittier office. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing once again. If you enjoy companies lying to everybody in order to get more money just to line their pockets instead of the pockets of folks who are actually doing the work...then by all means. Go with the company that chooses no adequate training or even half adequate communication to their staff. This place is that. This place is what based off the statement just now? Well, this place doesn't actually give a flying fuck they just want you to contribute to their ad campaigns.

This has been the worse service and suck a disservice to the community that they are suppose to help. Service my family has received was subpar from them and the places that they have referred us to have been even worse. It's really disheartening that options families with disable children receive is sickening literally when I complained about that services received for my sons ABA I was told that that's all that is available and it's better then none. These people will rip you off. They sent us a bill for an assessment fee without even informing us that there will be a fee. Worse, they didn't tell us the amount which is $2100! Their defense was our insurance is a deductible plan and they didn't cover all of it. But that wasn't the issue here! They didn't disclose the information that their assessment fee is $2100 BEFORE INSURANCE AND IF INSURANCE DOESN'T COVER IT, WE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE.
