We have been working with Easterseals for over 6 years now. My Son currently receives speech, occupational therapy and ABA services. We've had many different therapies that work with our Son and we always learn from everyone. The more involved you are as a Parent the more you're kiddos thrive. We are very pleased with the services provided.
My toddler was receiving services here and omg where do I even start. Therapist were great, but the managers there are ridiculous. All they care about is hours, And they all show up to your house, so would be the therapist and about two managers. They even tried to train somebody in my house and I told them no. They get too comfortable that’s why I put a stop to it. They tried to tell you what to do and because you don’t do enough hours, you’re not getting enough therapy. We have to work with them on ABA due to the Kaiser medical insurance. None of Kaiser and Easterseals cares about the quality of ABA. They just offered me what was available and threatened me to take it or get nothing, or even end my service. Everyone only cares about making money, but not the kids. We worked with one of their vendors with bad reviews and it was just play, but they did not do any intervention. Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy, the place to be for your kids with special needs. My son benefited from several very nice and patient therapists here. Lots of schedules throughout each week. ABA services are also available.
My son received services at this awful place :-(. I would never let this happen if I knew how bad their approach is. Inefficient communication across team members and last minute staff cancellation. Not to mention my son's lack of progress. Please do not seek services at this place with poor management and unprofessional schedulers and staff!!
