We have been customers since Feb. 2020 thinking we would only need it for a couple months, COVID, economy,health issues now 5 years. Krystle King has always been professional and personable 2 qualities I greatly admire I would suggest giving a discount to long term tenants, senior citizens or personal issues love the facility but struggling to afford the rent on 4 units
I have been with Eastgate Mini Storage through owner transfers to now Storage transfers. I just downsized my unit and I did not find one mouse dropping, spider or anything! I don’t know what pest and bug control they use but it is On Point! I was provided an extra lock on loan to successfully transfer my unit. Eastgate Self Storage had been a lifesaver for me. I very much needed a place to take my belongings, and they made it easy and convenient to acquire an ample sized unit to put my stuff in, just in the nick of time... They also provided that locker for less money than most of the other choices for rental lockers in Walla Walla. In a somewhat difficult situation involving my son’s storage unit, I received excellent customer service. She was very nice as we worked through it, going beyond my expectations. Do not hesitate to use them for your next storage option. They will be my first choice.
