Having being this is my first time out on my own, Eastridge has really made my first big life change so wonderful. The office staff is fantastic, theyre incredibly helpful and so kind about everything, theyre amazing at giving all kinds of notices, texts, emails, paper, if its urgent they will call you, theyre very communicative and super respectful of their tenants lives and privacy. Updated review: my AC isn’t working and they’re refusing to take my calls. Don’t rent here!! There’s always new dog poop when I try to walk my dogs. I’ve begged the management to do something about it and they’re typically passive-aggressive/unhelpful. It’s clear that they don’t care.

Good location, good leasing office. Reason why I give 3 stars: Seriously the ACs are old and need to get replaced. The one in my apartment functions slow and cannot make the room below 75 degree. Recently I was frequently waken up due to hotness. Reason why I switched to a 5 star, The problems above have all been resolved within a year. Lived here for four or five years, finally moved out just because I was moving in with someone else whose space suited us better than the studio I had at Eastridge. I’d recommend it, overall. I never needed much maintenance done, and when I did the service was good. Front office staff was always great as well, minus one instance that I’ll get to in a bit. I have been living here for 4 years and it has been a pretty decent place. Staff is very cool and responsive. Anything requiring maintenance gets handled promptly. Property has some miles on it but they are gradually bringing it up to speed. Overall tenants are good and happy to report no bugs in my apartment. Price is high for what you get but that is rental market right now. Liz, Seth, Casey, Lisa, Chastity, Ryan, Dave , Juan and Austin have been excellent Job well done :)
