Good pick for downtown i Moving in was smooth. Tatiana was very helpful and made sure I was properly accommodated. Location is good and close to downtown

great property and location! Living at ESS has been great! The area is so nice and everything is super convenient. It's close enough to enjoy the east side but not sooo close that it's noisy. The staff and maintenance staff are very attentive and nice. The property stays pretty clean for the most part and the facilities are super nice.

Simply Amazing! I have been here since February 2017, and I have enjoyed every single day! The staff is caring, responsive, and professional. They will make the move-in process a breeze from the tour right down to the date you claim your new home. I placed a maintenance request one late night, and the next morning they were solving my problem! As for the units, you have to see it in person.
