We just moved to Janesville and have been looking for a storage facility near our address. We found Eastside storage which has extremely competitive pricing for the size of our unit. Ruth was a major factor in us deciding to move in. She was very knowledgeable about the facility and found us the perfect size we need!!! I actually chose the wrong location. Patricia was helpful I didn't realize I was in wrong location. Her patience to guide me to right unit was phenomenal. Customer Service was exceptional. Her guidance helped me choose the correct size needed.
