I received a text letting me know that my autopsy did not go through due to computer issues. I spoke to Jonathan, and he got it cleared up in just a few minutes. He even waived the pay by phone fee and made sure no late fee was applied. The area around the storage units is maintained well. The only reason for 4 stars is the fee keeps rising and is more than the average fee for the area.

Needed a quick storage garage and reasonable price & got it at Eastside storage. Fazilette was great she walked me through the steps of getting my storage garage and help us get a great price on are 5x10 she was great and thanks so much Fazilette for the help with all the steps online pay.

We have used this storage company for 4-5 years. Multiple units. They were fantastic, until they hired an outside company to manage their facilities. Trying to understand them is the first problem, they sound like an out of the country call center. Unfortunately, the problem does not end there. In addition to our current unit that we pay $235 a month for, directly out of our account every month. We were trying to add an additional storage unit to our account.
