I have a storage unit here.But I can never get a hold of anyone, since nobody's ever there. You have a question or a problem, it will be over the phone. Always. My biggest complaint would be how a lot of my items in my storage unit became, somehow, damp and moldy. I have tried to call about my concerns and ask specific questions, but of course, no one answered. I had left my phone number, email, and still no reply. I pay my fee every single month. We just moved to Janesville and have been looking for a storage facility near our address. We found Eastside storage which has extremely competitive pricing for the size of our unit. Ruth was a major factor in us deciding to move in. She was very knowledgeable about the facility and found us the perfect size we need!!! If anyone wants a great place to store things or speak with someone Ruth is the person to speak with. Thank you again Ruth for making this very easy to do!!!
My experience was an excellent one specially with the agent that helped me with through the process. I’ve never done a storage and it was easy. Jossef was very helpful concerning filling out my application for the unit. She was patient and very understanding during this. I truly appreciate her great customer service.
I actually chose the wrong location. Patricia was helpful I didn't realize I was in wrong location. Her patience to guide me to right unit was phenomenal. Customer Service was exceptional. Her guidance helped me choose the correct size needed.
