I have been a resident here for 9 years and the staff and rehab department take care of me very good. Shakecia is an awesome nurse. The activities have been awesome and I am thankful for these people who take care of me and treat me like their friend

I am new to Eastway Rehab Facility and only been here a few days and when I tell you that the staff is amazing they are amazing. I am a very sickly person and they lift your spirits and make you feel as I am part of everyone in here. Shout out to all the staff as you are so caring and positive that you brighten my day when I am down the most. Thank you.
In my stay in you all's facility... It was one of the worst experiences in my years of going back and forth to hospitals and rehabilitation centers ever. I wouldn't suggest this facility to a dying that couldn't find a place to recovery at. The nurses leave and don't come because they have left their place of work. My mother was also left when she needed breathing treatments for more than thirty minutes. I will be filing a grievance to complain about how the place smells like pee!!! And the food is nasty.
