I recently went on a tour of Eaton Place Apartments in historic Old Town Wichita, and it was such a great experience. Our leasing guide, Tia, was incredibly knowledgeable and welcoming. She shared some fascinating history about the old hotel that used to be part of the property, which really added to the charm of the visit. Toured Eaton Place with Tia and had such a great time! She was super fun and easy to talk to and she really knew her stuff. We checked out everything and it all looked super well kept and wonderful! Plus, she threw in a ton of cool historical facts about the building, which made the whole tour more interesting. You can tell there is a lot of character and charm! Loved the vibe!
I recently moved into Eaton Place and I am truly happy with my new apartment. Christina sold me on all the historical facts of this place. Angie even called me to make sure I had new no issues couple days after I moved in. So far I have had no issues Any time I have a question everyone is very helpful. Gary the maintenance even leaves notes with details when he works in my apartment and if I have any questions he is will to stop and talk to help.

Garry and Aaron in maintenance have made such wonderful additions to Eaton place! Their communication is impeccable and they really care about a job being well done! Tia and Angie have also made amazing progress here at the property, and I’m excited to see how they continue to grow our community here at Eaton Place!
