Office is very clean. And the staff are really nice. And Dr. Eric is awesome. He listened my problem and explain everything . I would highly recommend. Thanks Mr Chang.
The best dentist I’ve met in my life. He is very knowledgeable and highly skilled. Additionally he is honest and trustworthy. The office has recently been relocated—new with advanced technology. The pricing is very reasonable. The office staff are very friendly. In terms of skill and cost, I am sure that he is the best dentist in the New York area.

The evaluation felt very rushed. The dentist, she seemed very eager to move on and was already heading out before the appointment even finished, I was still on the chair with my bib and glasses on. I didn’t feel like my concerns were fully heard. I asked her to check if my gums were okay, and she said no. And that I have to make a new appointment for consultation to check my gums. It gave the impression that patients are treated differently depending on insurance.
If you have cash and speak zero English you can have comfort with him
The front desk staff are rude and have no communication skills. All they care is whether insurance is going to pay. Patient care is non-exist. I have no problem if out of pocket payment is necessary, but a caring practice is essential to my needs.
Health grade reviews are reliable? I suggest you email Dr Chang & see if you get a reply, get an EMAIL answer for a non cash price, if you can speak to an informed office staffer on the phone OR in person or EVER GET A PRINTED TREATMENT PLAN? Please verify for yourself. Look at his equipment in his treatment room. I had xrays and an exam in his office & I have yet to find enough reliable reviews to see if to go further.
