The process was much quicker and easier than I anticipated. It was also very easy to get a prompt appointment. Dr. Wong was kind, gentle, and communicative. I appreciated that the doctor and the assistant wore masks, which showed me that they care about cleanliness and hygiene (although I was disappointed that receptionists and some other staff were unmasked.) I will definitely return to see her for any other procedures I might need in the future.
I had teeth extracted and implanted. I also visit Dr. Chang's dental office regularly for teeth cleaning. The office's staffs are nice, kind, and well trained. Dr. Chang is very knowledgeable, experienced, and skillful. Above all, he cares about his patient.
Dr. Chang is a highly skilled oral surgeon, even though the entire procedure took about half a hour, Dr. Chang will not rushing during post-surgery. Best oral surgery office, I trust his care for my dental needs. His assistant and the office staffs were great as well, bright and clean office. I highly recommend Dr. Eric Chang and his entire office. Thank you Dr. Chang.
They’re pretty busy and run a tight schedule.They have multiple dentists working there, and it’s almost impossible to get Dr. Chang to work on you, unless you’re there for implants. Overall they're pretty good, but I had two minor issues after getting multiple crowns done there. One is food getting stuck between my crown and the tooth next to it, and the other issue is that I still have minor discomfort on a tooth that had a crown done.
Did a great job with my cleaning and unlike another dentist I visited the doctor was not eager to perform a procedure that I didn't really need. That suggests to me that giving good care is more important than making money to the doctors here.
I have been a patient here for few years and have had several extractions and surgical procedures. Yesterday I had 3 crowd to be inserted, before the inserts, Dr Chang was found I had one tooth has the root problem, he spent time and made sure to check up on me multiple times on the root canal before the insert, he kept me well informed on my procedure. The staff is well trained, pleasant. Of course Dr. Chang is very skilled at what he does. I highly recommend Dr. Chang and his staffs.
I came in to do dental cleaning today, and this is one of the “Best” dentist I got, doctor Zhao is very kind and nice, her work is also very details, I will definitely come back all the time whenever I need any dental assistance
