My family and I went out of town for a game, got home and discovered that we had no AC. Eckcess air had someone dispatched quickly. They diagnosed the problem and got it fixed within 2 hours. Just in time for a cold front to show up so we had heat. Tommy was fantastic. Very informative and helpful through the whole process. Prices were reasonable, offered first responder/active duty discounts for those who serve. A wholesome local business that is fantastic to work with. Would recommend to anyone in the area.
