We had Emilio out last year for the initial termite treatment. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly. He and his assistant were very thorough. Today, we had the one year follow up inspection by Dave from the partner company Modern Pest. He was also very prompt, friendly and explained a lot of what we should know/watch for and avoid to ensure the issue doesn't return.
