When Joe arrived I pointed out where I had seen some recent termite droppings. He checked the area and verified that it was an active site. He checked the attic, under the house, and all exterior areas. He found a few active sites and was able to treat those sites at the same time. Ecola did a great job when they treated my house 2 years ago and this follow up inspection went great, too.

Very reliable I saw droppings in my garage ECOLA came out and checked and treated the whole area. I have a contract with them and it has been well worth it.

I was very happy with the level of service. A few minor suggestions: if the technician can explain what to expect (i.e. bringing in a long hose from the truck, through the house, up into the attic). While dragging the hose through the house, taking measures to prevent scuff marks on the corners of the walls, would also make this experience even more pleasurable. Thank you
