My project was 4/5-7/2022 Ecola used Quality Pest Services for the fumigation. Ecola representative gave me incomplete and incorrect information during the initial inspection, which led to problems with the exterior part of the project. The magnitude (interior preparation) of this type of project mentally and physically is totally under represented ~ it was a horrible experience. The last person who came out missed a lot of the area we had disgust. By the time I went out to inform him, he had left.
I had the termite check-up Feb. 11 by Joe and I still have not received my report on email!!!!!!! This is NOT the FIRST time, nor the SECOND time I have had to call and get my report. The office staff has always been slow and inefficient with billing and paperwork MORE THAN ONCE I have had to email Termite Suzy with complaints. The Techs (especially Joe Pineiro) have always been good except for animal trapping. (It was a squirrel digging- not a rat.) The fumigation company arrived only to tell me they would not do the job and I had to contact Dave, he was great and got the job done how ever the fumigation tech from Quality Pest Services, Isaac was very rude and condescending to me I felt because I am a woman he did not want to do the job because it was breezy not windy like he stated for his reason! I feel you should have someone from your company come to the tenting this could have all been avoided in my opinion maybe you need to get a new fumigation partner as they lef... read more
