Problem not solved. Technician didn’t really want to hear me out. He seemed in a hurry. Still have ants in the house.
I thought I would get an inspection and a treatment based on the findings. But there was no inspection. The workman treated one area and left. Disappointing.
My experience was great . Rep.was great went thru everything and did a great job.
Scare tactics and panic selling
We were to;d exactly what to do to clean up the minimal mess made by a rat in our house (we had already gotten rid of the rat ahead of time). Robert walked through the house looking for any other signs of a rodent and found none.

Joseph Wayman was excellent. He was very thorough in his inspection and did spot treating where it was necessary. After his visit, I sent pictures to him of flying bugs in the house that I had told him about. He came back, found the source and treated that. Joseph was very helpful and professional! I would have him back every year for my inspection! Thank you!
You asked $425 to get rid of a mouse in the house, but you would not even give me the guarantee that it will be gone. You have done a great job for my personal house for termites for years, but taking care of a mouse in the house with no guarantee didn’t seem reasonable.
Awful Terrible Never Again Technician was incompetent So bad that I have tried to forget the whole experience You have false advertising I didn’t even get a guitar in a timely manner Or EVER!! Never again!! Using Kilter!! Love them
