Didn't vacuum up all the termites. Peeled rug back but now rug is damaged on edges. A week later termites still swarming in same location! Can't schedule until a week to 2 weeks later!
Tecnician asked what we needed and took care of business but did not tell us he was done so we could let the dogs out nor did he leave a bill. He was polite and asked what insect issues we were having.
I was happy with the inspection but I asked that the inspector, Roberto Hernandez, get in touch with me to discuss the report. He didn't - and I called several times. This was very disappointing.
One call .go over the service what they promised (dry wood termite)
Still was bitten by spiders.
FAR MORE EXPENSIVE THAN PREVIOUS PEST CONTROL SERVICES. THE SECOND VISIT FOLLOW-UP GUY WAS HERE FOR ONLY 10 MINUTES. DIDN'T SEEM ADEQUATE TIME FOR RE-SPRAY.
My only problems w Ecola 1. I didn’t know everything needed to be taken from garage walls for inspector & 2. Completed report, with all pages, took 45 days to arrive in mail. Inspector & treatment man were fine.
Seemed like the warranties that were purchased didn't cover problems that incurred.
I didn’t care for the rep, he was not into it at all. I didn’t care for his attitude.
