Nobody came ,we re waiting,but nobody informed us that nobody is coming.very disappointed!
Confusion and last minute changes about fumigation
We had the worst ant problem and I just couldn’t get them to stop coming in the house on my own. Thanks to Ecola, we haven’t seen one since we started using them! I am comforted by the fact that no chemicals have been used. I highly recommend their services!
Overall the service was excellent'
Told me I had a leak in sewer pipe and I was able to get it fixed before big disaster.
Joe does an excellent job but the company failed to notify of a HUGE increase of 20% that showed up in the bill less than 2 weeks before the end of the service year. Wow, that is out of line with the cost of living of 2% for 2018. Because of Joe, I gave you 4 stars, otherwise base on the company price change with no notice I would have given 1 star. If a reasonable price increase of even twice the cost of living increase with appropriate notification had been given, I would have given 5 stars.

We had termites in our attic last year and, because my family is sensitive to chemicals, chose Ecola's heat treatment option. We were able to remain in our home during the treatment making it only slightly inconvenient. When Ecola recently did their annual inspection there were no termites anywhere in our home. We have canceled our other termite protection coverage and are now Ecola customers.
