I am very upset with your company. I keep having termites in my house even after having your service and having people from your company come in once a month and still having termite. I would not recommend your company to anybody.
I have used you in the past for both termites and ants. I have been fairly happy with your service. The gentleman who came this past summer to spray for ants and spiders was prompt, professional, and polite. However, when it came to the termite inspection in August, I was very frustrated with the scheduling. I dealt with 3 different women in the office who called to reschedule 4 times. You guys are still having difficulty reading the notes on my file stating 1) the technician needs a key to gain entry to most of the property, including the garage and 2) Leave a copy of the invoice/service order under my mat or on top of the mailboxes to verify the tech has indeed covered the area needed. Every time --- yes, every time --- I need to remind you to look at the notes and follow these two guidelines. Also, I seem to get a lot of emails for service reminders. They verified the upper attic was clear of termites. They treated the termites in the lower attic.
It was very good. But I have a lot of ants. what do I do? and also it left a lot of dust.\? is that normal?

Service was cancelled late night before, I called back after hours, left a message and asked for a call back but didn't get one then called again to reset the appt...
Bad job on scheduling
The only ? I have is why the sub termites weren't killed when you tented the house! And why the the 1st two who looked did not see any sub termites? et the 2nd finds all sorts? $$$$$$
