Our service technician was thorough and took his time checking our home.
Ecola inspector was on time, explained to me what was old damage and insured me that everything was good to date. He took off his coveralls that he used to crawl under my house before talking to me again. That showed me concern for my health.
At my wits end until Shaun came out and helped me with my infestation. Construction next door and tree limbs on the wires in the alley made a great stop for the rats. Shaun sealed our home and set traps and removed our problem. I am so grateful for all his help and will call them again if I need to. Thank you Ecola and Shaun
