The property was very clean and easy to get to. The office woman Michelle was very delightful. I wasn’t able to sign up for a space but Michelle still answered all of my questions and was super nice about everything. She ran me through everything in a professional manner. When I get the chance I will go back and sign up just from the great customer service!!!!
I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism of this business. The guy who helped me get my space and paperwork figured out was really friendly and helpful. The facility is secure and clean.
Move in was quick and easy! The facility is clean and the manager Michelle was very kind and does very good at her job. 100% recommend coming to this storage. She walked me through the online process and made it very easy for me.
First, the location is stellar! Second, really appreciate the patience and follow up from the Eco team regarding paperwork and payment obstacles. Michelle is pleasant as can be, as well as the other team members. Very grateful for Econo Storage - Martinez!
