We had a fantastic experience. Kelly did the estimate with us. He listened to what we were looking for offered some options that would bring the cost down . Bryan and Josh remove the old fence and hauled it away and installed the new fence it took about 3 days. Every day when they left they picked up everything. Great guys. I will definitely recommend to anyone.
I've always had high expectations, and overall, I'm pleased with the fence replacement. From the initial estimate with Cayce to the installation completed by Greg and Clay, the process was organized and professional. Everyone was responsive to my questions and concerns, and they promptly corrected a gate that had initially been installed incorrectly, which I appreciated. From the estimate to the scheduling was excellent. Everything was explained to me. The actual work on my Fence was superb. I would recommend this company to everyone.
Our experience with Economy Fence was outstanding. We got 3 bids and their price (for a powder-coated iron fence and 12-foot wide gate) was slightly higher than the lowest bid and 60% lower than the highest bid. We selected them instead of the lower bid because of the better product, better communication, better knowledge of the sales person, and faster turnaround on both communication and schedule for installation. From our initial appraisal, to the work crew, to talking with the installation manager afterwards we had nothing but professionalism and kindness. The work itself looks great, exactly as described, and replaced a 27 year old HoA fence that should never had been installed the way it was. I've already had a number of other HoA members asking questions, leaving great compliments. (Yes, even the HoA likes it)
