EcoSpect, Inc. was founded in 1995, by Alan Wagner and Cliff Olin, to provide top level environmental consulting services, with a specialization in Lead Based Paint, to the upstate New York area. At that time, lead based paint was an old issue that was getting new attention. Housing related professionals had known about the potential health effects of lead based paint exposure for some time but, no one had stepped forward to offer comprehensive procedures for identifying and dealing with Lead Based Paint. Our initial meeting with Adam left us with hope that our flooded basement could be remediated and result in a heathy environment. The crew, Dave, Henry and Angel, worked tirelessly to retrofit our basement with proper drainage and sump pumps. At the close of each working day Dave took us on a tour to review their progress and let us know what would be accomplished the following day. We are very pleased with the results and recommend EcoSpect unconditionally.

They aren't the cheapest but they are *very* good at radon mitigation. The situation at my house was tricky and Adam patiently came up with various plans for how they could carry out the mitigation. They ultimately installed a radon mitigation system in my basement/crawl space that also included a section of my upstairs that is on a cement slab. The radon level fell from 6 to 0.2. Their workman was quick, professional and pleasant. I highly recommend them.

Adam and his crew were fantastic. They installed a water mitigation system in the cellar of my 175 year old house , They were hard working, very patient and polite. All my concerns and questions were consistently addressed. Job was completed in a very timely manner. Sam, Will and Chris are the nicest guys you will ever find. Very, very customer oriented.

EcoSpect, Inc. did an excellent job in the crawlspace of my home. They were prompt in replying to my request for a quote and timely in scheduling an appointment. They provided me with excellent information and explanation about their products, and were prompt and professional in the installation per our agreement. There was no attempt to oversell based on my particular situation. In short, I had a very positive experience and would highly recommend EcoSpect to anyone looking to remedy basement and crawlspace issues.
