Arrived on time, identified themselves, courteous, knowledgeable, cleaned up after themselves, tested our water before and after installation, shared results with home owner, gave clear and written instructions on maintaining our new equipment. EcoWater Systems installed a tankless water heater and water softening system in our home about 6-7 months ago. Also, we had a kitchen sink faucet replaced with a better one. The installation of everything was done with attention to detail and the projects were done on schedule. We are thrilled with how all of the products EcoWater installed are working. Its technicians have impressive experience and are real pleasure to work with.
Great team from project design and education on products and collaboration with all moving parts across services and materials. Also completed an secondary site prep tweak project under sink to ensure plumbing in area was settled and not in way. 50 stars! Levi was my journeyman and knowledgeable and professional and friendly and safe! Great experience including scheduling and billing staff.
