EcoWater Systems installed a tankless water heater and water softening system in our home about 6-7 months ago. Also, we had a kitchen sink faucet replaced with a better one. The installation of everything was done with attention to detail and the projects were done on schedule. We are thrilled with how all of the products EcoWater installed are working. Its technicians have impressive experience and are real pleasure to work with.

Got a postcard in the mail. Free gift! Well I'm a sucker for free gifts. I know nothing is ever quite free and it's a way to get them inside your house. Little did they know I had already decided I needed filtration. The water at my house sucked. I knew it. But I had made hot water in my pot for tea. They came out assessed what type of water softener i needed. The installation went quickly . The salesman is Tai and he can explain everything to you. My water has been very soft since i purchased the machine.
I needed someone to check and PM my water softener. I called another company and they essentially hung up on me since it was a brand they didn’t represent. Rude… But EcoWater staff , from start to finish, were kind, welcoming and professional. I would recommend them to anyone who has a water softener!!
