One of the best purchases I’ve ever made! I live in Moses Lake, WA and have well water, and the EcoWater system has completely transformed the quality of our water. Customer service has been the best! Our 1st time calling and they came right away to fix it. We had Bob the 2nd time we had to call. Very friendly and assured us our water softener was working and tested all our water just to be sure. Made us feel like we can call them anytime and service will always be great. Thank you guys for your hard work!

We had a small leak in our under sink osmosis system this morning. I called the office and the receptionist (can’t remember her name, but she was pleasant and efficient too) answered quickly and said someone would be out between 9 & 11. Brayden called and came out around 10. He got to work efficiently and cleanly investigating the leak. He found it after about 20 minutes of trouble shooting.
