Brayden and Levi were our installers, and they were extremely good. They explained everything that needed to be done. They talked us through some things that were not made clear by the sales representative. They were kind, they were efficient. Easy people to talk with. I can't say enough good things about them. I had a wonderful experience with our EcoWater technician, Brayden, who came out this morning. He was professional, friendly, and provided excellent customer service. He clearly explained the issue, fixed it quickly, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. Highly recommend Brayden for his outstanding service and professionalism
The water softener itself works great. We mainly wanted the iron filter system for the iron issues were having from the well.. We still get orange iron build up if my tub faucet drips and doesn't get used as much as my other bathroom shower, but its nothing compared to what it was. I would agree the iron filter is working. I do have blonde hair as well.. and my hair isn't turning orange. So thats a plus. We only needed 1 bag of salt after 1 year of use.
