We had a small leak in our under sink osmosis system this morning. I called the office and the receptionist (can’t remember her name, but she was pleasant and efficient too) answered quickly and said someone would be out between 9 & 11. Brayden called and came out around 10. He got to work efficiently and cleanly investigating the leak. He found it after about 20 minutes of trouble shooting. We had a new Ecowater Water Softener & RO treatment system installed. Braydyn & Kelly did a GREAT JOB & were very nice young men. Can’t recommend these gentlemen & their company highly enough!

My first impression with EcoWater was positive in that the receptionist was very friendly and pleasant to talk with. It was easy to schedule a free consultation with her and she called me the day before to make sure the appointment would still work with my schedule.
