I have had many therapists over my years of treatment and Ed Collins is the best one I’ve ever had. He tailors our conversations in a way that I’m able to understand. He also teaches a variety of coping mechanisms from breathing techniques to mindfulness of surroundings. I would recommend Ed for anyone that needs to talk things through with somebody compassionate and knowledgeable and has the experience to back it up
