I had a great experience with Ed Hicks imports. I found the vehicle I was interested in and Kate sent me a video of the vehicle and said she would have it ready for me when I was able to visit but there was no pressure. I went into the dealership, sat at Kate’s desk and the key along with a printout of the details was there. This is the second vehicle I have purchased at Ed Hicks Imports. Both times Mari Valent took care of me and made the experience smooth and easy for me. The first purchase I signed & drive in about 3 hours. And this second time was also quick as I filled app on the website and Mari got me approved with Rally in one afternoon from the comfort of my home and I signed the next day in person. This was the easiest and most smooth transition trading in one Mercedes and then purchasing another. All transactions were expedited in a proficient and timely manner!
