Salesman Steve, finance manager Mrs. Pat and Sofia were all amazing to work with. I initiated an inquiry to buy a 2016 Lexus IS200t through email. I had a great experience with Ed Hicks imports. I found the vehicle I was interested in and Kate sent me a video of the vehicle and said she would have it ready for me when I was able to visit but there was no pressure. I went into the dealership, sat at Kate’s desk and the key along with a printout of the details was there. Worked with Ted to trade in my older mercedes for a newer model. He was transparent and fair with the deal and streamlined the entire process to get me in and out fairly quickly. This is my second car from ed hicks and both times Ted and the entire team went out of their way to ensure a pleasant experience.

I was searching for a C300 with specific features and found one 3 hours away. Roy and I handled all negotiations over phone, text, and email before I made the trip.
