Diagnosis and repaired the check engine light and DEF system warning on our Mercedes Sprinter Motorhome. The problem was covered by an extended warranty. Required parts were a little slow arriving. Overall very good serve.

I had a great experience with Ed Hicks imports. I found the vehicle I was interested in and Kate sent me a video of the vehicle and said she would have it ready for me when I was able to visit but there was no pressure. Worked with Ted to trade in my older mercedes for a newer model. He was transparent and fair with the deal and streamlined the entire process to get me in and out fairly quickly. This is my second car from ed hicks and both times Ted and the entire team went out of their way to ensure a pleasant experience.
