I found the vehicle I was interested in and Kate sent me a video of the vehicle and said she would have it ready for me when I was able to visit but there was no pressure. Our advisor Avelino was great. He was very respectful, professional and informative. He kept us informed on what was being done to our vehicle so that we could approve or disapprove services based on our budget which was great. We also wanted to say Gabriel was great because if Avelino was unable to take our call Gabriel was able to brief us on the status of our vehicle. The service was fast, efficient and excellent.
