I had a great experience with Ed Hicks imports. I found the vehicle I was interested in and Kate sent me a video of the vehicle and said she would have it ready for me when I was able to visit but there was no pressure. I went into the dealership, sat at Kate’s desk and the key along with a printout of the details was there. Amazing overall experience. This was an out of state purchase, completely sight unseen. Vehicle checked out and I placed my trust in Mari. Shocking for a Land Rover… Vehicle drove flawlessly all 1400 miles back home. Cheers to Ed Hicks Mercedes!

This is the second vehicle I have purchased at Ed Hicks Imports. Both times Mari Valent took care of me and made the experience smooth and easy for me. The first purchase I signed & drive in about 3 hours.
