I had a great experience with Ed Hicks imports. I found the vehicle I was interested in and Kate sent me a video of the vehicle and said she would have it ready for me when I was able to visit but there was no pressure. I went into the dealership, sat at Kate’s desk and the key along with a printout of the details was there. I'll keep this short and sweet. I have found *THE* car dealership and sales team I plan to buy from in the future! Go talk to Roy T! I was searching for a C300 with specific features and found one 3 hours away. Roy and I handled all negotiations over phone, text, and email before I made the trip. Diagnosis and repaired the check engine light and DEF system warning on our Mercedes Sprinter Motorhome. The problem was covered by an extended warranty. Required parts were a little slow arriving. Overall very good serve.
The 4.9 overall rating for Ed Hicks Mercedes is not hyperbole. Ive had my Benz serviced there several times and each time the service has been superb. Not just the service on the car, but the customer service. Avelino and Bruce are truly customer first. Thats a culture that I'm sure exists with everyone there, but those two are who I've interacted with. Drove 1500 miles from Key West, FL to Corpus Christi, TX in our Winnebago RV that sits on a 2017 MB 3500 Sprinter Chassis over Thanksgiving week 2025.
