I always have the best experience with Ed Hicks Imports they take care of you even after the sale, the service dept is just as pleasant as the sales team. Marc is always so helpful, prompt with any questions we have, Saturday we just purchased our 3rd Mercedes with Ed Hicks if you don’t live in the Corpus area it’s worth the drive you won’t regret it. I had a great experience dropping off my car at the Mercedes Hicks shop to get my AC repaired. The team went above and beyond, especially when I had to leave my car an extra day while I was out of town—they were so understanding and accommodating. Communication was excellent throughout the process, and everyone inside the shop was super friendly and professional.
