I was in a bind with a tire situation! Roadside service towed my car to HICKS Infinit and Art the Service Manager went above and beyond to help me get tire fixed and get me back on the road. They stayed later for me and I cant begin to express how grateFul I am for his kindness, patience, and professionalism! Definitely recommend!

An emergency appointment was made over the phone and Art was waiting for us when we arrived. Our car was evaluated and repairs were completed within a few hours. We couldn't be more satisfied with the service department and Art went above and beyond our expectations.

Art in service was the most professional and courteous service technician I’ve dealt with in years. He keep us informed of every stage of the vehicle service. Never charged us more than the estimate. Came out to meet us and answered every question we had.
