Had one of your drivers cut me off, brake check me, record me on the road while driving, and flash his blinkers when I was driving on the highway. I don’t know why he was so mad but it’s definitely not professional or appropriate in a company vehicle dude. I also reported you to the cops and will definitely not recommend your company if you’re gonna be a dick for no reason.
Emery was the professional HVAC person from Edelman who completed the required maintenance on our HVAC system today, and he did an excellent job. Emery also answered a few questions that I asked him about our HVAC system, which I really appreciated him doing.👍🏻👍🏻
Extremely happy with both their hvac, plumbing, and electrical services. They replaced our circuit panel a couple years back and our water heater and our hvac system last summer when it completely broke down in the middle of a heat wave and have provided excellent maintenance since for an affordable price. And today when I called after hours to diagnose a problem with our garbage disposal that they installed, the technician was extremely friendly and helped me solve the problem and save a ton of money. I hired Edelman to install a new furnace and AC system. The install itself went fine and the price was reasonable, but the customer service afterward was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had with any company. There was an installation error that caused power to be shut off to my entire property. Edelman did fix the issue, and at first they told me the invoice for the repair would be waived since it was related to their workmanship.
