Nick and his team did a great job installing our new high efficiency A/C & furnace. The attention to detail was evident all throughout the day. I thought it might take 2 days, but no, they never stopped working till 8 pm!

You are a true professional company with a family heart. We especially want to give a shout out to Nick today who did a great job on our yearly check up! You treated us like family and we appreciate you! I would recommend this company 100%.

We have been using Edelman since their beginning in 2003 and some firms that have molded into Edelman for our Lake Geneva/Fontana home for 43 years. HVAC/Electric/Plumbing and never have been unhappy with any call to them or service from them and their staff. We had them service us whether broken or not. Yes, we felt so confident with Edelman that we had them performing routine maintenance, to prevent break down. Being a second home, we rely on Edelman for our comfort when we arrive. Ken Lake was the technician that performed the check on our system. He arrived when it was scheduled and got right to work. He thoroughly checked the unit inside and then went outside to check the compressor. He provided a detailed summary of what was going on and reassured me that everything was working just as it was supposed to and that there were no problems. Good news and fast service. Ken was stellar!

Jeff came at the appointed time and was very knowledgeable of what he was doing. He checked out our A/C system and was straight forward that it was old and replacement parts were no longer available. So our only option was to have it replaced.
