Jeff was the technician who provided the service on our furnace today. He was very pleasant, thorough and knowledgeable. Diagnosed the problem quickly and completed the service in a timely manner. He is was very detailed explaining his findings and giving insight moving forward. Very pleased with the repair.

I had Edelman diagnose my furnace after it stopped working correctly. It was the inducer motor. He quoted me $1534 for a new motor and labor. Then right away handed me the pricing for a new $5000 furnace and tried selling me on that. I asked around and to replace those most were charging $500 - $650. I spoke with a company in Milton who helped me order a motor for $245 and said look at it to see if you can do it yourself or we will be out that way in 2 days and can stop to help. Edelman sent an experienced technician to address a problem with my furnace driven humidifier. Ken arrived in the time period scheduled and first did end to end diagnostics to determine the problem. Once completed he returned with the needed component and had things completed and tested. A nice touch was I received a text from Edelman when the technician was on the way and included his picture so I could recognize the person at my front door.
