Michael arrived and went straight to work repairing our seized blower motor. He was very knowledgeable and I could tell he's been doing this a long time based on the way he had to make do with the motor he had by altering it's configuration to fit our model furnace and changing a capacitor to match. Experience is extremely valuable, and Edelman should be grateful to have Michael on their team. We had a ‘no heat’ issue on a Saturday, and Jeff came out within the hour. Fantastic communication, friendly interaction, knowledgeable and informative during the diagnosis and problem resolution. This is the second time I have used Edelman, and will continue to do so. All good all around!!
Jeff Bjork came earlier than scheduled which worked out great for me. He was very professional, personable and answered every question I had about my HVAC system. He recommended a very robust, affordable service plan which I signed up for without hesitation and I will request him for each visit if he is available. Had a no heat situation during recent cold snap. They were there in less than an hour. Quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem. Sine our heating system is old we will be using them for the replacement soon. Excellent communication, quick response, quick repair, easy pay with credit card. Very happy.
Nick and Mike did an excellent job replacing our furnace in the crawl space of our home. That was a hard job. They were efficient and kept me informed about the process! They were very personable and confident in their work.
