Nick and his team did a great job installing our new high efficiency A/C & furnace. The attention to detail was evident all throughout the day. I thought it might take 2 days, but no, they never stopped working till 8 pm!

Ken Lake was the technician that performed the check on our system. He arrived when it was scheduled and got right to work. He thoroughly checked the unit inside and then went outside to check the compressor. He provided a detailed summary of what was going on and reassured me that everything was working just as it was supposed to and that there were no problems. Good news and fast service. Ken was stellar!
The installers arrived at the time they said they would. They removed our old furnace and AC unit. They pressure tested the existing system for leaks and then installed our new HVAC system. The installers were knowledgeable and polite. They kept us informed about their process as they worked. Recommend.
I would give a zero but that option does not present itself. I called to set up an AC inspection and I was quoted a fee of about $140 just to show up. I was told the service guy would be there between 12:00 and 4:00 PM. At 4:30 I called them to let them know I had to leave to pick up a family member. I was told that the repair person was running late and he could not give me a time frame for which to expect him. Two and a half hours later I get a text saying he's in the area.
