I have never had a sprinkler that has worked so efficiently. The best quality sprinkler ever. When I had a question the customer service was fantastic! I won’t buy another sprinkler from anyone else. Great company!
I had ordered the quick connect kit that had the different pieces so that I could hook up to my hose easier. One of the pieces was a duplicate and the one I really needed was missing. I contacted customer service and they sent me a new kit right away that had the missing piece I needed. All parts work great for what I needed and would order again.
The spray unit which I had used only 1 month, snapped off the base. While it looked like it could just be snapped back on, I tried unsuccessfuly several times, before filling out the company's warranty form. They processed it withing 3, yes, 3 minutes, letting me know another unit was on it's way. Bonus would be it got to me in only 2 days. WOW!!! GREAT Service!!! And a great product as well. Definitely would buy from them again.
I bought two 94116 eden sprinklers in 2023, the first in Oct is still working well. The second was purchased in Jun 2023 and stopped oscillating in July 2024. Thru their website I told Eden about the problem & they sent me a new sprinkler. I would have liked to try to repair the faulty sprinkler but could not figure out how to disassemble it.
