Listen! This is an incredible company! My timer was not functioning properly and after ONE email they texted me, game one troubleshooting suggestion that did t solve the problem. They asked some questions to verify I was legit and just send me a new one! What a breath of fresh air when companies are amazing!
The water sprinkler is bought from Eden Garden is a great product. Price was fair and the unit functions great. Adjustments to control the coverage area works great! Love this sprinkler. Has a two year warranty, mine cracked 10 days before warranty was out, company replaced it immediately with a smile. Would absolutely buy from this company again.
I love the ease of use of Eden’s sprinklers! The quick-connect features help me water a variety of beds, plants and gardens. I had to contact support, and I was surprised at the quick response and resolution! Excellent service from Eden!
I purchased a sprinkler from them through Amazon in Sept of last year and had a little issue with it. They were very responsive and are sending a replacement. Great customer service.
Sprinkler I bought last year stopped oscillating. I contacted company and they replied immediately and sent a new sprinkler right away! Works great and very impressed with customer service!! Awesome!
