I had two issues/questions with my Eden timer. After contacting customer service I received immediate and effective responses both times. Besides providing a very good product the customer service was exceptional. Truly a good experience and a company I would not hesitate to buy from again!

We use the sprinkler system for the garden at our school for the garden club and it has been the answer we were searching for. The sprinklers help us water the entire garden which is exactly what we were looking for. They are a street company to work with.

I had a Eden oscillator which got damage and I contacted Eden and they shipped me out a new replacement with the quickness. These oscillators are the very best I’ve used. The body is made of durable aluminum built to last. I have water flow control with a turn of a button and I can control the water flow to the left and right with (3) off and on control buttons and have full control back and forth with a slide control system. I had ordered the quick connect kit that had the different pieces so that I could hook up to my hose easier. One of the pieces was a duplicate and the one I really needed was missing. I contacted customer service and they sent me a new kit right away that had the missing piece I needed. All parts work great for what I needed and would order again.
