Horrible company to work with. Falsely advertise. Don't spend 35.00 to reserve a space. rip off Your website asked when i needed it, i indicated 10.10. Your office said i had to start paying rent now, september 9th or lose the 35.00. When i told her what the website said she said it was wrong and this is your policy. I have no issue paying rent now for oct but not a month early
Do not be deceived! It is not as easy to work with this company as they say it is. After hours, there is no person to speak live with EXCEPT when you are renting a unit. If you have problems with the storage facility after 4:30p, there is no one to speak live with. Our problems were: 1)My husband called to change the credit card we were using monthly with them. I overheard his call. He asked them to charge to the new card he gave them. A couple of weeks later, our kids drove 2 hours to take some things out of storage. 2)The ... read more
