Very lovely and affordable place! Alexis and Sara are very quick and respondent to my every question. Maintenance comes very quick and is very thorough with that they are fixing. Clubhouse is always clean and the snacks are never ending! Go apply here you won’t regret it or just stop in very lovely people!
Currently a resident and the Leasing team have been accommodating and nothing short of amazing! They make my big problems seem minor and they handle it so well allowing me to live comfortably. Truly a great place, but that starts with front office. A special thank you to Alexis for communicating with me! I know if I have any more problems (I pray I don't lol), she will take care of me the best way she can. I'm glad I chose this community to be my residence! THANK YOU!!!
My partner and I just moved in on September 1st and it’s been a terrible experience from the beginning. Since getting accepted, they changed our apartment number 3 times. Twice to a one bedroom when we applied for a two bedroom. After the second time they assigned us to a one bedroom, we went in to get this corrected as this was second time they made the same mistake. I’m willing to edit my review and leave a good one in the future but this summer to inconsistency with the pool is VERY annoying. Every other day there’s a sign that the pool is closed for no reason. It’ll be a beautiful sunny day, I get myself and my kid dressed, and we get there to find that it’s closed! And you can call the office and only get a voicemail. There’s only so many hot summer weekends left in August before they close the pool. I’m extremely annoyed and disappointed.
I liked living here until a few weeks ago when a bunch of cars were broken into, and mine happened to be one of them. The police were called, and an incident report was taken, but that was about it. I'm very much aware that the property is not responsible for what happened to my car. My only concern is, what are they going to do to prevent it from happening again?
