Do not use their car buying program! My first time taking a car loan with them was great so I thought I’d do it again and to use their car buying assistance program. They tell you to only use the dealers and buy cars on their website who lie and trick you into purchasing a car and when it’s time to finance, they refuse to do so. I just had a HORRIBLE experience with an unscrupulous salesman THEY put me in contact with about a car listed in THEIR car search. I would ask A LOT of questions before trusting them.
Abby is the representative that assisted me in opening up a new checking and savings account this past Friday. She was very attentive, quick service, professional, and kind. She explained everything to me thoroughly and answered all of my questions. I definitely rate her 10/10 and would recommend her and your location to anyone
IF I COULD GIVE THEM A MINUS 5 STARS I WOULD! I’be only been with EdFed since August and I’ve had horrible experiences. First of all, I cannot withdraw miner with ny ATM card. Each time I insert the card it tells me I am over my daily limit. I also tried using it to pay and it would not go through. So embarrassing. It gets worse. I get paid I get to transfer money to another bank account and it took 3 days to see the deposit. By now you’re thinking why not go to the branch to see what is going on; I DID! I wanted to love this bank but sadly it’s off to a bad start. Since I applied I’ve been trying to log in to the online banking app and it’s not working 🤦♀️ I have a 4 month old and I don’t have time to go to the bank and wait around so I hope things get better soon.
Called and spoke to Nayeli who was very helpful. My account was blocked and she was able to assist me quick and easy. Had my online banking account back in no time. Thank you Nayeli.
