IF I COULD GIVE THEM A MINUS 5 STARS I WOULD! I’be only been with EdFed since August and I’ve had horrible experiences. First of all, I cannot withdraw miner with ny ATM card. Each time I insert the card it tells me I am over my daily limit. I also tried using it to pay and it would not go through. So embarrassing. It gets worse. I get paid I get to transfer money to another bank account and it took 3 days to see the deposit. By now you’re thinking why not go to the branch to see what is going on; I DID! Helpful Staff, knowledgeable. Customer service is patient and will work with you for any issues. I've never been charged a fee. Open an account for simply 5 dollar and no fees. Checking account "Share Draft" has a better interest rate then most other banks saving account. Cashiers checks are free for property taxes.
