Do not use their car buying program! My first time taking a car loan with them was great so I thought I’d do it again and to use their car buying assistance program. They tell you to only use the dealers and buy cars on their website who lie and trick you into purchasing a car and when it’s time to finance, they refuse to do so. I just had a HORRIBLE experience with an unscrupulous salesman THEY put me in contact with about a car listed in THEIR car search. I would ask A LOT of questions before trusting them.

Carolina was amazing and took care of all my concerns of bank fraud that we had at other banks. She suggested to put on a password and a question that only I would know the answer to protect me from fraud again.
