I love this bank! Especially Miss V who always takes time to find out about me! This is the kind of bank I am used to being from the Keys. If you're in a hurry or rude, just go elsewhere!
I been part of Edfed for a long time anytime i have a issue with my Card not working they alway's are very Helpful they are very Friendly and knowledgeable iam glad to be with this Bank. Currently i had exposed My Account Number Online I had to change My Account Number They took care of everything gave me a new card that came through the Mail Less than a week. Even called My Job to inform them that My Account Number has changed for My Direct Deposit. Iam Very Satisfied With Their Service.
I inquired about getting two documents notarized. It seems the girl at the desk didn’t know the answer. I wanted to know if I needed original documents to obtain a notary. The loan officers or the people at the desks were incredibly rude. She wanted to know what I needed notarized and why. Is this part of how you treat customers? This would be a great place to bank if it weren’t for the heavy built teller who sits in the middle as is always holding up the line. She’s very inconsiderate with her unnecessary, lengthy personal conversations. She doesn’t even care that the line is wrapped around and the other tellers are helping other customers, she’ll still carry on with the gossip and laughter amongst longtime customers who she has known for a while. It use to be a great bank now it sucks the lines are super long especially during the first of the month I suggest more workers during that time but it still remains the same.your credit has to be perfect to get any loans. But the women at the counter are nice.
