The dog park is a huge plus. Plenty of space. Updated appliances. Always felt safe.

I have lived here since 2013, and it's a wonderful place to call home at a very reasonable price. The best part of living here is that it is a true community of good people and the staff is extremely professional and helpful. I wanted to specifically recognize Brie for her welcoming personality and over the top exceptional service!

This apartment complex is the best best complex I ever lived in. The staff is super helpful, friendly and caring. They make sure your needs are met on a timely manner. Renato, the manager, has gone above and beyond to resolve any issue or question we might have. The gym, the office and the pool area are always clean. Prices are very reasonable for the area too. Only 1 minute drive to I-225 and 2 minutes to I-25. Oh and I don't have pets but this complex has a dog park!

Just moved in this place is pristine especially for the price. I'm ecstatic that this is a non smoking apartment complex as my kids and I have asthma....the customer service is great. The price is fair it's right near a park. There are no random people wandering through its clean, safe and the little details in my remodeled unit rock!

I've lived here for over a year and I love this place. I didn't have any pests issues, except ants, but that was cleared after the pest control came. The apartments are quiet, and my neighbors are nice and friendly. Management was quick to address any of my concerns, and they are VERY UNDERSTANDING. I will definitely miss this place. My leasing agent was able to provide all the information I needed up front. Lastly all the units are upgraded, plus I love the balcony space.

All I have to say is Brieona in the office was amazing. She was very helpful, had amazing customer service, and was always there when I had new questions. I am giving her service 5 stars because she deserves it. If you are looking for a place to live, contact Brie here at Edge!

Fist off, I LOVE my apartment and the complex and the dog park is a God send! I absolutely LOVE Bre also. She is amazing and knows her stuff! I gave it 3 starts because I have come to hate calling or going into the office for any reason if Alberto is there. I called today about missing keys and he put me on hold for about 5 minutes then when he came back on her called me lady! Who does that? He then proceeded to chew in my ear and instead of looking to see if the keys were turned in, he just chewed in my ear and said "no, I didn't hear of any". Thanks but not really Alberto!

I've lived in this complex for almost a year. I haven't had an issue. I've never seen any roaches at all, which was my biggest concern, only ants, but those went away after pest control came. The response time for fixing this is within 24 hours. I love it here. The only bad thing is parking. The is great at first, but has gotten worse. You know park at the front, where you enter. There's not enough parking. Sadly, I will not be renewing my lease because of it.

Love the new upgrades....
Staff is super...
And we got to use the pool this year....
