Pros: adorable, nice staff, assigned parking Cons: hallways are rarely cleaned, tenants blast music no matter the hour, pests(especially during spring/summer), tenants sits in hallways while smoking and drinking, kids run up and down steps with no regard for neighbors, thin walls(you hear everything), kids play in the parking lots, not ventilated property, and you have to purchase heaters to stay warm during the winter....
