DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY EVER!!! If I could give less than one star I would this company is -5 stars. Where do I begin? They have switched managers of my properties multiple times without telling me, they don’t know how to communicate, they can be going through eviction processes, getting tenants in and out of buildings without even telling you. No communication at all. And the worst part is, they let one of my properties go for 10 months without collecting rent, Without taking the necessary action to get the tenant out... read more

I know you and I were on the phone last week...as I explained, there were several factors that played into this one, and I'm glad we have a plan in place to hopefully remedy the situation. I'm truly sorry this has played out this way, and we're working hard on our end to get it straightened out and collect the debt.
