Just noticed that they claim to have a swimming pool and in-unit washer/dryer at this location. That’s just a flat out lie… There is no swimming pool, and there are on-site washers and dryers (in a very dirty room and seldom are all of them operational) but there are not in-unit washer/dryers. You guys should probably change that information instead of just making stuff up that is very very easy to disprove.
I'm not sure why some of these reviews are bad. This is a great place to live. Our apartment is charming and our experience with the leasing office has been great! Maintenance has been prompt and polite. The lobby and hallways are cleaned regularly and our neighbors are friendly and quiet. We have mainly dealt with Ashley,at the office, who has been absolutely wonderful. There is one stairwell, off of the parking lot that could use painting, but other than that, we are very happy here! I moved into the 1411 W 112th ST building a few days ago and have read a lot of horror stories regarding OneSeed Management. However despite my apprehension, Jaye is a really hard working Property Manager who has really been busting his back juggling a lot of properties, keeping things clean, organized and making sure things are being run properly when others drop the ball. LITTERALY DOES NOT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR AT ALL I MOVED INTO THIS APARTMENT IN A RUDH NEEDING SOMEWHERE TO GO AND IT IS HORRIBLE LITERALLY INFESTED WITH MICE I WANT TO. REAK MY LEASE SO BAD I FOUND MICE DROPPINGS ON MY BED IN MY DAUGHTERS ROOM I LITERALLY CATCH ABOUT 5 MICE A WEEK IN THE TRAPS I HAVE TO PAY FOR BECAUSE MANAGEMENT DOES NOT CARE AND ALL THIS WHILE PAYING 968$ FOR A 1 BED ROOM
