I called ahead to see if I was in their system. I was. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. They got me right in. They ran tests on me and found I had strep throat. The PA prescribed me the necessary antibiotic. She listened well and was very helpful. When I got back to my town, my antibiotic was ready. The facility was new and very clean. I was very thankful and grateful for the prompt and beneficial service that I received.

This review is for the new location on Waterloo Rd. My husband and I went last night as the winter storm was coming in. All the staff was very nice. Genesis was the nurse and she was very sweet... Everything was very clean and they got us in and out in such a timely manner. Thank you!

⭐☆☆☆☆ Dangerous delay and lack of basic medical readiness I called this urgent care before arriving and clearly explained that I am a Type 2 diabetic with blood sugar over 500, experiencing chest pain, racing heart, and left arm pain. I specifically asked whether they could treat me or if I should go straight to the ER. After checking, I was told yes, they could treat me, and that there was no wait. We had a wonderful experience here. The place was spotless and very clean. The PA, Kenzie was quick and efficient. She answered all our questions and we were in and out within 30 minutes. Highly recommend

Procedures were extremely slow, considering I was the only patient in the building. Staff was pleasant and analysis was fairly thorough. Post exam consultation was very nice and thorough.
