If you need a pool repaired or rebuilt completely you cannot find a better person than Ed. He was on the job in two days after we agreed on the job. He completely renovated my very large pool in less than three weeks. Ed’s price was less than 1/2 my highest offer competitor who only wanted to do much less. If you call Ed, you can rest assured you’ll get the best professional service with a smile. He is flat out THE BEST around in East Tennessee!
I can't even begin to say how grateful I am that we found Ed's Pools. It was a perfect transaction from start to finish. Ed gave us a start date a long way in advance, which I thought was just a rough estimate, and somehow he actually did start on that day! We kept the shell of our gunite pool, but that's it. Ed and his crew were wonderful from start to finish. He communicated with us every step of the way, stayed on schedule, and worked long hours. His attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Very easy to work with and helpful in teaching us how to operate everything and keep the pool clean. I cannot recommend him enough.
Ed did an amazing job!!! My husband Lloyd and I said how patient and professional he was with us!! This will be our first weekend in the pool and we could not be more thrilled with the outcome. I rarely rate on services, just because most are quite average to say the least- but… Not Ed’s pools. Highly recommended
they re-surfaced my pool, repaired 2 cracks and added a handle to get out of the pool. also, they patched a pool deck corner. knowledgeable and professional, they answered all my questions. after the job was done, i had more questions, which they promptly responded. they left the area clean, no debris. i will use them for any future pool issues. thank you Ed's Pools Inc!
