Awesome service as always. The new office in Woodville is really nice.
My wife and I went to deposit our income tax check last night at the online banking machine at the Woodville location that's in both of our names into my account, it took the check and said that It was pending only to reject the check the next day because we both are not on the account. There is no phone number online to contact Woodville and when I called there Beaumont location I was told that I can't get my actual check back and a copy of the check will be mailed to Woodville. I have loved the staff and the service at Education First Federal Credit Union ever since my wife and I joined back in 2009 or 2010. They are always so friendly and helpful. We just made a loan for a new car and it was as easy as it could be. I always tell my friends that they should try Education First FCU if they are looking for a good place to bank.
The Woodville Tx branch has very friendly people working there. I've done business with them a few times over the past few years and have an Account with them now whitch one of the Young Ladies helped me work on and create my online banking. Since I had issues with there online banking in the past, she offered to set it up for me. After explaining how Case Sensitive the answers were she made a suggestion and got me set up.
