Awesome service as always. The new office in Woodville is really nice.
My wife and I went to deposit our income tax check last night at the online banking machine at the Woodville location that's in both of our names into my account, it took the check and said that It was pending only to reject the check the next day because we both are not on the account. There is no phone number online to contact Woodville and when I called there Beaumont location I was told that I can't get my actual check back and a copy of the check will be mailed to Woodville.
