This place is a joke !! The poor excuse for an elevator is down more than it work ! As well the rent increase yearly, is done poorly . Almost children are doing the math . I can't wait to find somewhere to live . Pricing people right out of there homes ! Care about profit only.
Just moved in yesterday and very happy! Kate the property manager was very helpful through the whole leasing process. The renovations to the apartment are great and we love the new appliances! Looking forward to living here!
Love living in an apartment where utilities are included. Makes it so much easier to budget, particularly for those of us on a fixed income. You are so fortunate to have Stephanie as your manager. She keeps the apartment building, inside and out, extremely clean and she is very responsive to maintenance issues.
Worst place I have lived. The manager's are young and think they know everything. The marijuana smell in the building is very strong. When there is complaints about noise, the smell ect.... Nothing is done. I was told once that Tennant's can be as loud as they want till 8, defiantly not the greatest management skills.
