Dr. Tam is an excellent dentist, displaying the rare combination of providing high quality dental work along with caring and compassion that extends well beyond oral health needs. He has treated both my elderly mother and myself and even offered to work out a creative payment plan when my finances were stretched thin. Exceptional office staff as well.

This dental office was the worst experience I've ever had. The office staff is very rude and unprofessional. The dentist was also very unprofessional too. I do not recommend this office or dentist to anyone. J

I have had a very poor experience with Dr. Dale. The first time I met him he made an unprofessional remark about my appearance which gave me the impression that he was hitting on me. He was very impersonal every other time and did not seem to care about explaining things to me. One time he said let me give you a few websites to look up at home so you can come back and ask better questions. Basically insulting my intelligence! He acted like he didn't have time for me and my questions.
