Made purchase, paid $7.50 for adult signature to accept package. Found package sitting on front doorstep with children playing in court 30 yards away from package. This fee, required by law, has been passed to keep a dangerous controlled substance out of children’s hands but yet, the company does not follow these laws. I purchased over $200 in juice. I got one bottle with opened seal with cap 1/3 opened. Juice leaked into crevices on the cap in-between outer cap and inner safety push down opening inner. I contacted Eightvape to get an exchange. They said they don’t do returns and exchanges. I told them I got a bottle opened and I cannot use it as it is not safe. Would have given 0 stars but couldn't. I have ordered 2 times now from them. Never received my orders first time was over $70.00 this time was about $50.00. Never received I'm so pissed and they refuse to refund the money or rectify the situation. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM. MY GF ORDERED A $50.00 ORDER ALSO TOOK ALMOST A MONTH AND NEVER RECIEVED HER ORDER, YET THEY SAY IT WAS DELIVERED. FUNNY BC WE WERE HOME ALL DAY NO DELIVERY AT ALL....
My frustration level has reached a new level! EightVape is like a leech on my computer. I get regular unsolicited emails that suddenly open up. I have to stop what I'm doing and click on "dismiss". If i wanted to purchase something, I know where to order. Yes. I've tried to block them- that didn't work. I've tried to delete them- that didn't work. I've reached out to their "customer service" people three times. They told me they removed my email from their list, but the intrusion continues. Hey EightVape: STOP IT! Thanks
Order placed on 11-3, no tracking that is valid, no response to numerous emails. Took 88 dollars and i know can't get a refund, and answer, or my order!

this company took my money on September 25th 2023 ( Sunday ) . I ordered two items and their website suggested refill pods . without checking I had assumed it would be the correct refill pods suggested to me until later sunday night I saw it was the wrong refill pods. Literally the worst company to try to order anything from. You most likely won't get your order. Their customer service is either non existent or extremely rude. Don't ever purchase anything from them. You will most certainly regret it.
I have used eight vape in the past with no problems, until I made an order September 1, 2023 I understand they can't ship with USPS or the other big name carriers because of federal regulations, I could not track my order with their website or the Route app they use, I was given a tracking number which I investigated is a USPS number!, it said no information available on any search I did with number given me, I cannot track down their shipping company at all, they told me once it says out for delivery it will take 2 days to ... read more
