This vape company is a joke. Purchased vape rechargeable devices from them and one completely stopped working less than a month after receiving. They said do to their policy they can not replace the item after 48 hours and it doesn’t even state malfunctioning/defective in their policy. “Missing, incorrect, damaged, or dead-on-arrival” is all thats stated. There is no backing on anything they sell you, shame to the vaping community.
Ordered, got a tracking number that's not really trackable, and order not received ... simple as that..
Theft. They use a horrible delivery service and refused to contact me about a refund after my package was lost. I hope they go out of business.
Do not order! These guys stole 113$ of my hard earned dollars frome me! Filed a police report with my local branch, and following up with the north las Vegas detectives to bring down this fraud ring.
I bought several vapes that were never delivered, even after buying “insurance”. When I contacted customer support, they just kept closing the service ticket without saying anything and refusing to let me know what’s going on.
I purchased 10 disposable vapes 6 of them were defective and leaking inside the packaging, I messaged them 3 times with NO RESPONSE!!! Had to contact my cr. Card company to resolve.
These people are crooks! They will advertise for a percentage off your whole order for the holidays or whatever and they also say they will give free shipping if you spend over a certain amount. Then when it charges of course you still pay. Customer service co-signs this outright theft. Yes it takes a while for the shipment to come in but we kept ordering because it was cheaper at the time. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Took over 2 weeks to receive my order. Delivery by a busted out blue mini van that doesn’t have and markings. Sketch! Zero stars
Horrible taxes and shipping then if you make a human error! You are out of luck you are out the money they took
