I placed my order 24 days ago and still don't have it. They won't refund me or send me a replacement. Tracking never updated. This is a HORRIBLE COMPANY and their delivery service has got to be a scam! I'm going to go through my bank and get my money back somehow!
This is not Amazon prime. I ordered the 17th received authentic products the 28th … there was nicotine products in there so the legally couldn’t ship usps. Still 11 days from order to delivery.. is timely shipping imo. We did have to sign for it… that is not the company’s fault … it’s because children were ordering this stuff on line and for legal reasons they have to have a signature. Worst company ever!!!! I have ordered a ton lately. Many items advertised and listed as in stock on the website and cancelled due to not having stock. THEN…I ordered a Smok Nord 5 and received the regular Nord. I reached out to the company and they told me they can’t do anything and sorry the order didn’t meet my expectations. Item not delivered. Refuses to refund. I bought and paid for an item including shipping and the required adult signature fee. They chose a delivery service who couldn't figure out a very simple address and never delivered the package. After four weeks of emails back & forth, they refunded the purchase price but not shipping and adult signature. I paid for them to ship to me but they did not ship to me, or I'd have the item. Any 5 star rating on here is pure BS. This is a scam company with an F rating on BBB. The 'shipping company' will mysteriously lose your package, their package protection is worthless, and they won't process any refunds. I won't buy anything vape online at all anymore. Better to support my local businesses for a few dollars more and not stress about scam artist losers.
Just a poor experience overall. I got my vape... I should have read fine print I admit... but I have never bought a vape like this at a price point over $50 where batteries were not included. I should not have assumed... however I contacted them and said that it wasn't clear enough in the verbiage on their website that batteries were not included. Worst company ever they're tracking leaves a lot to be desired ordered an early November still have not received as of December 7th
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!Ordered on line 11/20/22.Charged my card sameday without a comfirmation number. Told me to download an app for tracking. Package never even left by left by 11/30/22. Sent email to cancel and they said it shipped. Gave me a new tracking company and number. 12/6/22 has not moved. Both tracking companies lead back to 8 vape. Don't answer phone# on credit card statement or any other # on site.FRAUDULENT COMPANY!
ZERO STARS!! This company is a joke!! I placed an order November 21st, it is now December 3rd and I still do not have a tracking number! I have sent several emails with no response from the company. They were really quick though to take the money out of my debit card! Them not having a phone number should have been my first red flag!! Do not order from them!
