ZERO STARS!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. It is a scam. They will take your money, never send product, then email you to tell you that the carrier sent it back because there was no one to sign for it. And then offer you a refund that will NEVER COME. Which is a lie. Because I have a ring camera. Duh.
Do not buy from this company. Very low quality of products. Bought a fogging mask with storm trooper face mask. The stormtrooper is the lowest quality dollar store plastic. It was attached with these large gaudy rhinestone pins that were wobbly. The actual rubber fog mask that it was attached to is like a child's size. Thin, and the breathing area doesn't align. Took forever,after several attempts to reach customer service they just flat out ignore you, I will never buy from them again
I don't understand why they say they stepped up on your shipping but there have been no updates or reports sent in order for me to track the order. I never know where it is or if it's moving. And once again it took almost 2 weeks to get here. The only reason I order from you is because you seem to have everything I need all at once but darnit if it doesn't take forever to get here and it shows up with no notice so if Im not home it can't be left behind because of the signature. Fake company. Over a month now and no product. When they take the time to respond, it's with generic answers and no actual help. Tracking number they provided is fake.
They will flat out steal from you, they refuse to give you valid tracking number from shipper, these use route which is also a fraud, they refuse to give refund when its not delivered, even though you pay for insured shipping. Delivery by law is signature required but they can't provide delivery signature. Don't buy anything from them, you will just get scammed
It's been a month and my order hasn't shipped. Looks like this is a normal thing for them. No updates, nothing. No phone to contact them on. Only email/website ticket.
Wish I could give negative stars! They take your money and then you dont receive your order, unable to track and they are unresponsive to inquiries. They also dont have a phone so you cannot talk to a person! They should be shut down
They stole money from me. I ordered pods, have the confirmation and then they send me another email saying my order was updated and they added a ***** CBD Dog bundle that I DID NOT ORDER. Advised them to cancel this order and they will not. They have ***** of my money but as I read other comments I will most likely never receive my pods. I am ****** OFF that people do this to us.
