I ordered from ***** ***** on April 15th, 2022. I'm extremely happy that I received my vape juice on April 19th in the morning. This company is on the ball... I ordered from 8vape or Eight vape on 04/01/2022 and still have not received the order yet and it's now 04/19/2022. I highly recommend you go with ***** ***** !!! I seriously doubt if I'll ever receive my order from Eight Vape, or 🎱Vape, even if I do, I'll never order from them again, the wait time is not worth it. Thank you ***** ***** !!!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I place an order on March 18th, they took my money right out that day. According to their shipping, it could take up to 2 weeks for delivery, plus I had to pay a $6.95 FEE for the required signature upon delivery. It is, as of this review, April 15th, and my items are still processing. I have emailed Eight Vape with no response, but I am getting auto-generated emails to "review the products" I was forced to download an app, Route which I didn't want. This is a scam. They do not return emails and there is no chat or phone number to reach them. It's been 2 weeks since I ordered and all I hear is crickets. I read the other reviews, but this was listed in the Top10. My lesson, listen to people, not articles.

Absolutely the worst company I've dealt with so far. Up to 5 business days for processing hah! It took them 9 days (7 business days) and an email requesting it be processed immediately. Also, shipping they used is garbage. Had to have my order replaced and had to pay for the extra shipping and fees because they forged my signature and falsely delivered my package. I placed a $128 order back in December which I have never received. Last month they said they didn't know what happened and would reshipped the order. It's now been over a month so I asked to have the order refunded, and they said to file a claim with Route, although the window to do so had closed in February. This company is trash! Don't order from them!

Terrible company at best. I placed an online order of about $120.00 and tracked the packege that shipped 10-days after I placed the order. I never received my package. The busness does not have a phone number and the generic email has not been responded to. Therfore, I filed a claim with my credit card company.

I have been strictly going through this company for a few years. I have only had one problem recently with a shipping problem. My order got to the post office but for some reason it was either fedex to the post office or some other shipping with signature. It was a little confusing but the post office didn't know what to do with it so they weighed it and charged me $9.90 to pick it up. Made an almost $100 purchase. The items never arrived. Took multiple attempts to get anyone from this company to reply back to me and all they gave was a tracking number. The tracking numbers shows the package stayed in another State for going on 3 weeks now. They refuse to do anything about it. Tell me to file a claim with the shipper but the shipper shows it was never sent. Follow up emails (they don't have a number) have gone unanswered. All I wanted was a refund OR for them to send me my items. All I get is crickets.
